I wanted anonymity but can get pretty complicated. 

If you can pull it off with some kind of anonymity that might go smoother for you.  

That's my primary goal and I don't really care about anonymity such as setting up one in Wyoming, Nevada, and etc.

But you will have the situation you want - Disregarded parent owns several disregarded Child LLCs and can expand at will.The main advantage WY offers is of course more anonymity and less recourse. 

I have 33 units and a storage facility and am just now setting up my LLCs, primarily for anonymity in my small community.Understand the purpose of an LLC and how to use them before wasting time, energy, and money just because some stranger on the internet told you it was an absolute must.

Anderson wants to do the anonymous LLC through WY thing which I think is not a bad idea, but they are expensive (almost 6k for this) and Royal wants to do the series LLC (almost 6 grand also). 

Borrowing is a business based on relationships, not online anonymity.

The renter can rent until he save up for the down payment and then buy his new house without a LOAbout property not on his name lo rental same usual rental and the buyer buy it's written in his name usually in a title company so anyhow he is not anonymous.  

@Matt Fischer some cities/municipalities have a quality of life ordinance in which you can report (anonymously sometimes) violations such as trash left out, visible exterior repairs which are unsightly or dangerous (inadequately repaired balconies, etc).
