Consumers have three years (rather than the normal one year TILA statute of limitations) to bring suits alleging violations of these rules and violations may always be raised by consumers as a defense in foreclosure proceedings.

If they exceeded the days/date in the financing addendum (not the option period) then they would be in default, assuming they can't make a case for the property condition allegation.

Nobody just gives away an alleged 9 or 10 cap...there's going to be some hair on that deal that you're not seeing.  

The rest is just allegations from tenants and people from the community, etc.

The last thing you want, is to find yourself trying to explain or defend some sexual harassment complaint/allegation -- however you try to, it just comes out wrong. 

I think the biggest red flag is that alleged offer of $245K.

The problem is that there is now currently a wooden platform over the entire floor where Carz where allegedly worked on.

That's the only way you can ensure you are protected from any discrimination allegation. 

Another option might be to file for a new hearing  alleging fraud upon the court.

Taking title to a homeowner's property could be the smoking gun needed to allege and prove an improper act on your part.
