The "income" could be from HUD (Section 8), WalMart, or anywhere else... but the algorithm is the same.

To borrow from J Massey, if you're used to playing a Walmart game, or even a Target game, that's not going to cut it with a Nordstrom-level customer.   

That doesn't mean everyone of them is a bum, but most of these people are kids living with room mates working at Walmart or Dicks Burgers, and the vast majority of them turn out to be felons. 

The downside was that the products you are asked to sell are not name brand and cost about 4x what something similar would cost at Amazon or Walmart.

For people that might do a little more at a property, ( i.e. read water meters or pickup ) we would typically also do a wal mart gift card ( since there is one usually close by most areas) . 

I find myself eating $0.68 walmart cans of tuna in a sandwich for lunch at the office most days (tuna is fairly healthy so that is half of the motivation to skimp on the lunch buffet).
