Hey Greg,I think part of this depends on how far away you are and whether you have neighbors or relatives that can visit you property in the event a visit is required. 

Depending on the nature of that LLC you could have gone ahead and taken out the new loan in your name and saved yourself all of that extra expense.

I know the forum has a bunch of info (appreciate it) but wanted to ask a few Qs as it relates to our needs:1) PS vs Indio - We visited both places over the weekend and almost considered a brand new home on the lake at Terra Lago in Indio but had a last minute pause. 

The inspector may charge a little fee for the second visit.

If the seller agrees they can give up their lien position so you can refinance, but its a risk because Im not sure you can make them commit to that ahead of time.
