Have none become real friends?

I have a friend in Louisiana that's crushing it and may be a good resource for you.

Property is still a class A location, but slightly too big for the average user. 

BTW, if you have any other friends hiding in the closet waiting to sign up on BP, we would love to hear from them too.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and convincing myself I am getting better at golf each year! 

I have a close friend who does them for me but she can only do one at a time.

Also, the agent as Rene said should be a good investor friendly agent too.

I invest in MA, a very tenant friendly state.

Recently, a real estate friend suggested I consider starting a title company, as he and his partners (primarily in commercial real estate, like strip malls) could bring business my way.While I’ve worked with title companies in my transactions, I’ve never explored the inner workings of how they operate.

If you succeed in a big way, you will gain some friends and admirers. ( you’ll even have more friends if you pay for all the events, trips, and dinners.
