I signed my refi papers last Friday and it is recorded.

And then I come home and have to deal with another stress.Look I’ve thought about this and really don’t like to tell you but you have to take that dog off the property by Friday evening (April 17) or my insurance premium will sky rocket.

Especially, on Friday and Saturday nights!

From putting family/friends phone #'s as landlord/job references, to leaving out rental history, to inaccurate income; but nothing takes the cake like my experience this weekend.An applicant tours the property on Friday.

Thank you for responding, it really does help to think this over with pros...Jaysen Medhurst, I have an appointment to meet with the realtor this Friday for "my" inpection, I've been trying to get in contact with a foundation repair company in the Big Bear City, CA area but, voicemails are full and no responses via email.

Lender required letter from Said Casino that she would be back to work after the 30 day shut down.. loan funded and closed last Friday.. will be watching it closely though . 

We put 30 people through an open house from Friday-Monday and have 2 buyers seeing homes.
