Their vendor program allowed me to easily plug in the right people to complete my puzzle, from mortgage broker, to hard money lender, to general contractor, to AC repairman.I have not entertained the PIG $10K membership because I don't believe I'm at a point in my SF investing adventure which would allow me to maximize use from it.

Too many people try to do these daisy chain deals and rarely are they successful, more often, they piss the seller off when you don’t close.Wholesaling - having the buyer in place first with their criteria is the best business practice for these types of deals as you have way more options to structure it legally and much more confidence negotiating the deal and making the offer when you have this puzzle piece in place.

More income is necessary, but having it is only one part of the puzzle :)  However, if you start out without the income, then something else must work and you might be feeding the pig until that something else works...I could go to Toledo OH and buy 2% GPI all day long - and loose money all day long.
