Mortgage fraud isn't fun, but more importantly, we don't want to abuse this awesome benefit and risk it getting stricter, or disappearing.That being said, you have to INTEND to live in the property for a reasonable amount of time (generally expected to be one year).

That tells us credit, criminal and sexual harassment. 

If I see talk like this again I will report it as abuse and will try to assure the name is made public to whatever community you feel is D class but desire to make money off of......….

Make sure you discuss that part with your parents and your cpa to avoid any appearance of financial elder abuse. 

They could never stop that one up.Storm doors don't hold up well to abuse.

If it looks like abuse (fist hole for example) then you fix and bill the tenant. 

If you're the owner, you should try to get them separated though - that way you can charge all the utilities back to the tenants, increase your cashflow and incentivize not abusing the free utilities.

I just want to point out that there has been significant abuse of syndication "partnerships" over the last few years, and many are not doing it the way it should be done.

If you had a job as a bus boy in high school, use it!
