I don't see a problem with this as he has disclosed his financial interest in the property and him being a licensed agent.

I very well could have done it the wrong way, but this was just my experience.

This could be too much to bite off as a beginner.

If this is a property you want to buy you can make any offer you want but your owner financing offer is awful if she has any financial acumen.
