Total cost including rehab (New roof, New AC unit, paint, closet, tub treatment, etc) was $24,000.

I have some friends (she designs/he builder) who will take a boring house and enlarge the panty and master closet, add a few retro accent walls and wala.

I still have a lot to do including exterior paint, replacing the roof, and refinishing what is now the laundry room but will be a third bedroom after I put a closet in it. 

At this point, I've demo'd the bathroom, removed the tub/shower, taken out the wall that used to contain the 'water-heater closet', and taken most of the rest of the room down to the studs/subfloor. 

I designed the kitchen myself and directed other needed renovations such as adding bedroom closets.

I've always been told if it has a closet its a bedroom.  

It's a small two bedroom cottage and one of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet, but it makes a great rental. 

Do the units have washers and dryers, granite counters, stainless appliances, open floorplan, and a master bathroom and common bathroom for 2 bedroom units and above, walkin closets in every bedroom and tile baths and showers, not surrounds?

Did you know that in order for a 3bd to be considered a legal bd in Baltimore city, it has to have natural sunlight/ an egress window, and a closet?
