if Appreciation slows in 2022 will upgrade units into sustainable all-electric housing with solar and Ev then charge higher rents as EV ready. also want to have tenants not affected by the artificial scarcity of oil and gas. will use any downturn to use Senate bill 9 in California to add additional rental units on properties as well.

This year, another 'landmark' piece of legislation currently in committee of the NYS Senate is moving its way through the lawmaking process. 

I've stopped foreclosures a week out for short sales too, its 100x more work, calling and pushing and triple checking everything and blasting them with the complete package and sometimes even a letter from the senator's office....  

However, I figured I should reach out to the community here and see if anybody has any referrals for people in the Ottawa area.
