Does anyone have any experience investing in rental properties in the 53204 zipcode? I recently closed on a SF 4Bd/1Bath and now having trouble finding qualified tenants.

But that would be for probably one or 2 travelers...corporate travelers are not going to 'pile' into a house to save a few bucks since their company is paying for it.   

Find a PM that has some other units in the area so they can add 300 bucks more a month to their revenue stream.

If you don't "need" one and hire one, it will cost you a few hundred bucks. 

I wanted to gather as much info as I could before I go and drop a few hundred bucks.

I'm not making a buck off this, it is something I've wanted to do for a while, I want to do right, and I want it to be completely free because I couldn't even afford new shoes when I was getting started. 

We are still in the 7 days cancellation period and I wonder if that is true and it is an option to make a few bucks out of it ..Thank you in advance for your time!! 

Flooring, Paint, and Landscaping are always your best bang for your buck.

It ain't "easy" but that's why I get paid the big bucks. ;-)  You can do it too.
