Tenantcloud listed it on 12 websites but it seems most of my replies were from zillow,truila and hotpads which zillow rental manager will do.

Glanced through the replies and it appears that the lenders that commented did not catch that he said Hard money on a personal residence.

A little thinking and courteous replies before posting would also go a long way before posting.

@Mark Norick, Its not that nobody saw your reply to what I said, its that (1) you are BIASED by virtue of the fact that you are selling a business opportunity in a related space; and (2) you have a total of 2 posts on BP.
