I know when I was in the timber business we got some HUGE deals that dwarf what your talking about.. and it was in deed Caveat Emptor was not our job to educate a timber owner about the Japanese export market that was paying 40% more than a domestic mill.

That doesn’t mean prices will skyrocket for single fams, but in traders speak it lays a good resistance level.TLDR: there’s too much cash floating around and not enough good ideas.
