You all just made me realize how strong you will get hit back when you say something negative, Thanks for the advice , I really appreciate it, I edited my first response, as I feel most of the replies I got were due to the fact that I incorrectly formulated my post ( note: I'm not a native english speaker so sometimes the intent of the message is a bit different than is seems) I assure you all that I greatly appreciate all feedback , both negative and positive and I am not trying to offend anyone not even the least bit.

I think the trick there was to know you have to annualize the monthly rents and know depreciation was not an allowable expense to be ale to formulate that question properly.
