There is no 1 size fit's all, cash-4-keys is a principle idea/strategy, think of this like air travel, the individual way you do it varies wildly depending on what best fits the situation just like air travel can be in anything from a small propeller plane up to a giant A380 super jumbo jet and all points in between.

I think you'd be able to make it from Illinois to the west coast without a fuel stop in the 800 (It's been a while since I flew one and I didn't have a ton of time in the thing).There are fractional operators out there that sell shares of a plane.

B would then leave the room and go to the room with C to finish the transaction (sell the property).Most recently, my attorney has made this process even simpler (attorneys close deals here in Northern NJ, not title companies although they do provide the attorneys with some of the paperwork and the instructions/requirements for closing).My attorney will fedex the seller the deed and other paperwork and have them notarize everything and fedex it back.
