LLCs are great for asset protection in most states are can be used for wholesaling depending on the tax treatment.

They may not quote ethics, but will have some crap story as to why they can't do it.

@Brian Pulaski I'm not sure whether the stats include a flat fee listing like you describe--I would assume that, yes, they do, and ethically an agent isn't to steer a client away from any FSBO.

@John Underwood  The lease doesn't mention pest control (lesson learned there), so I guess I'm on the hook for the treatment. 

I am getting ready to put my space up for rent and my thinking is because the windows are so large, the landlord is responsible for the window treatment.

Both the previous landlord and the tenants have not acted ethically, I believe.
