I imagine in a rental damage is absurdly obvious, versus wood where it can be hidden by the grain or simply wiped with Old English or stain. 

I studied management and English in college hence I can reposition that into any career if you think about it.

LOL  No lender lends 100% to someone they met on the internet.the English is not lender speak its dumb ed down to trick those who don't really know how lending works.NO ONE offers unsecured Loans  again just Fraud scam.. think the Nigerian prince scams..
