That solves most issues with tenants. if people are able to pay any down payment , what prevent them from paying mortgage down payment ?

Evictions are nearly impossible with the LTB having a hidden agenda to prevent evictions and pass housing responsibilities along to the private sector.

If you do conventional and sell within 6 months this could prevent you from getting financing down the road.

If family, work and sports have prevented you from starting you are not in a position to start.

While the low down payment costs are what entices many veterans to jump on that loan , it will significantly increase your PITI and ultimately thats more money you would have to pay interest on, even 1% down can prevent thousands of dollars in interest over the life of the loan.Best of luck and feel free to reach out for anything I can help with!
