Memphis has appreciated a lot since 2016 and I don't know if it will continue but with covid, I think even more people will go online and use delivery services that's why I am considering Memphis.

@Luke Carl I was going to buy everything at Wayfair, but every item had a 6-8 week delivery when I went to check out.

One of our cabins purchased in May and it's still not here and we can't get a delivery update from the manufacturer. 

Tape the notice to the door and mail the notice- with a delivery receipt.

If you see a delivery truck at a c-store, pick the drivers brain.
