Has anyone else done this that can recommend a host site?

I know eXp has few fees, but they have a heft tech fee since they are a cloud-based national brokerage. 

If one didn't exist then, it doesn't exist now and you couldn't issue one now as you have a cloud on title.

Yeah if you can find a local host/PM in the area, they usually have affordable handyman they can recommend to you to use to assemble furniture.
