We need to be able to trust our trades, if we cannot, we find someone else.In addition to the cigarette butt count, I have also learned that I cannot co-schedule certain of our trades - particularly when paying by the hour - unless we are on site or too much fat gets chewed.

But, if the 2nd floor units are residential, then you may be able to handle a vacancy for some time as long as those two units are filled.As far as biting off too much to chew, it seems like that may be the case here.

I've seen dogs chew through it (beside the meter box where the fiber drop ran to the house), landscaping crews routinely cut it, sprinkler installers, homeowners clip it while trimming bushes/trees, even seen a case where wasps chewed through it!
