I have invested quite a lot in Australia and I’m now looking at buying property in the US.

What I would love to do is this all on my own to save the money but I think the distance is against me.So guys, would a person like me who has $200,000 spare cash to invest with able to achieve this from here back here in Australia?  

In my research the only place I found loan products for owner occupancy of multi families and mixed use (shops or offices and apartments) was in Australia.
