Hard part will now be to start tearing up the concrete floor for plumbing! 

The foundation was made with stones that were held together with concrete and are starting to fall out. 

Arch degree, 8 years of digital fabrication experience, and two of my own multi-family projects in Cinci.My number two is head of maintenance for a University.Depending on what you need done I can bring along a group for labor.Demo, layout drawings, design, kitchen, bath, walls, exterior, decks, concrete, electrical...So, if that sounds about right we can carry on with a PM and or meet up.For me this would be a short-term experiment to see if I want to do more of this for others or just keep it in-house.

They cited ME for it even though it’s their sidewalk there tree and their fault .I had city code violations issued and threats of s lien and so I had to pay to have stump ground the sidewalk pads torn out the roots ground underneath and new concrete pads poured .

I don't remember where the bible says that this is all ok, but I guess there's probably a commandment that says don't pour concrete down the pipes or load the heating vents with dead fish, but no specific commandment about sabotaging doors handles.I'm not trying to bash Christians here, by the way. 

My husband would like to demolish the garage and just have a concrete pad for parking where the garage was-- with reasons being that the garage is not usable for a car, the concrete pad would provide better parking than the driveway and renters like to fill garages with junk and then when they leave it's a mess to clean up . 

As a short term rental....the ADA would be the applicable law and not necessarily Fair Housing.

Has anyone out there installed concrete over laminate? 

Will be putting in 12 to 24 piers on concrete depending on who does to work. 

If I do get concrete answers I will share.
