Update: Hired a handyman to do some work I was uncomfortable with and they uncovered and fixed other issues (old water damage, uncovered AC leak, etc.)

Every system you try will have flaws or you'll salivate over a feature that shows up in other software.

Would a search of the BBB have uncovered every shady thing about these contractors?
