Understanding this is a very Tennent friendly state, does anyone have first hand good and or bad experiences in the area renting properties?

There is no "good part" and "bad part" of Macon; it's all jumbled together except for a thin ring around Mercer Univeristy.

That indicates it's mounted loosely, or maybe at a bad angle.

Since many residents use these basements as non-conforming bedrooms, it's too bad if these guidelines keep investors from completing this type of renovation and offering safe and affordable homes into the community.Kind regards,Michelle

You cannot afford to waste time.Just make sure your numbers are accurate otherwise you can create a bad rep among real investors. 

My STR has a private backyard so I am able to treat it the same as cigarettes - outside only
