Poor can often be because of circumstances beyond the control of the people involved or even because of a choice to forego money for a desired lifestyle that makes them happy.I do look down on people that make a series of bad judgements and then want somebody else to pay for their mistakes.In my many years of landlord experience, people that expect the government to bail them out with handouts normally make for noxious tenants who normally break the community rules regularly or expect rule changes that suit their lifestyle.

The marketing materials, again my wife read them, state they are targeting commercial business uses such as trade shows (probably a less expensive alternative to the larger convention center venues) company events, industry gathering venues, seminars, and personal events such as weddings, large family gatherings, graduations, etc.

Let's say a 1000 business cards for $50...now let's say that you hand out all 1000 cards with no response, then 6 months from now a call comes in on a fix n flip property that profits you $50,000 in the end...you do the math...just my opinion !
