Poor can often be because of circumstances beyond the control of the people involved or even because of a choice to forego money for a desired lifestyle that makes them happy.I do look down on people that make a series of bad judgements and then want somebody else to pay for their mistakes.In my many years of landlord experience, people that expect the government to bail them out with handouts normally make for noxious tenants who normally break the community rules regularly or expect rule changes that suit their lifestyle.

The marketing materials, again my wife read them, state they are targeting commercial business uses such as trade shows (probably a less expensive alternative to the larger convention center venues) company events, industry gathering venues, seminars, and personal events such as weddings, large family gatherings, graduations, etc. 

Let's say a 1000 business cards for $50...now let's say that you hand out all 1000 cards with no response, then 6 months from now a call comes in on a fix n flip property that profits you $50,000 in the end...you do the math...just my opinion !

There is EVERY reason for these low income tenants to have more children out of wedlock, because they get more handouts with more children.

And I'm in that group of people who isn't rich, I didn't get an inheritance from my grandfather and no one ever gave me a hand-out.  

But the best solution I see is not one of asking for a handout.

They worked all their lives and just needed a “hand up” and not a “hand out.”

I like to ease my hand out of the lion’s mouth.

. • You will be shocked/horrified/broke when you realize how many government entities show up with their hand out wanting you to put money in it as soon as you hire.
