@Jay Hinrichs: Yep, you've been really good about posting on the "down side" of Subject To and I read your posts.The challenge is that there is a ton of people on Youtube talking about how easy Subject To is, then when someone hears that a lot on youtube, then discovers Bigger Pockets and assumes Subject To is all rainbows and roses, we have to keep educating them to keep them out of trouble.
