I've bet on the stock market and I've played slow and steady income on the stock market.

Short answer: No.

Regarding any short term private lending we do, we do not offer any incentives or special programs. 

I live in the front house and we have a guesthouse in the back that I was short term renting.

I own a 6BR short-term rental in Estes Park, Colorado, which generates a lot of laundry—especially because we use high-quality linens.

The cool thing is you have multiple strategys and just because you choose one, does not mean you cannot switch to another one - maybe one fits your short term goals and another one helps down the line with long term goals.
