When problems with tenants come up, it is important to have professionals on your team that have experience navigating tenant problems such as evictions.

But would love to hear some of your Advice and / or Experience anyone has had as they've gone down this investing journey!

I’ve done one successfully in the past, so I’m not a complete novice regarding the topic, but that one experience doesn’t make me any less worried about the possibility of running out of time.

Mortgage Broker/ Bank/ Hard Money Lender – Someone that has experience working with other investors.

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.

Coming from other areas and moving here, I've found Kentucky to be very friendly in the out skirts however my experience is limited to Lexington and Southern counties.

I am small time but haven't ever  had a disaster experience with pets.

Anyone have experience putting these kinds of opportunities in front of investors?
