I am unaware of anyone (HML or PML) closing commercial loans like the one above at the moment.Beware of scams - many unscroupulous entities are claiming they can do things they can't.  

Based off your replies I'd say this company/individual is a scam...

My father passed away a few years ago, immediately afterwards a relative found the house on craigslist listed for rent, someone new he passed and immediately posted it to scam people out of money, I had to contact craigslist to flag it and get it removed.

I don't have a track record as of yet but my core values and morals won't allow me to wrong a person out of their money as I've been scammed for over $7000 and I know how that made me feel.

It's those maniacs that buy homes cash via quit claim deed off of craigslist that really get screwed.Make sure your property manager is a licensed real estate brokerage.Google Clayton Morris scam and/or Morris Invest fraud for a cautionary tale of what not to do when buying turnkey real estateUnderstand you can not eliminate all risk, only mitigate it.

Go to seminars, (be careful, a lot can be scams, just don't pay money for them unless they are legit) there will be a lot of people in the same situation as you.

There has been an irresponsible fad on real estate sites like BP for at least the last 5 years.Single family homes were now for suckers and everyone and their grandma has been attending syndication boot camps and coming here to write sensational posts and “success stories” on BP.You are about to find out who is an investor and who is a scam artiste.But don’t worry,the actual investors will be here to hold your hands and offer Kleenex through all the tears and blood.We all learn in this journey of life.No need for gotchas and “I told you so”...just life lessons we all learn at some stage.I wish you as little pain as possible over the rest of the year,brothers and sisters!

I already sent them to CovidEIDLIncreaseRequests  last month so not sure if this is some kind of scam?
