What I did so far:-  Priced at 700k+ level, but reasonably with similar homes(bed/bath/garage/lot/age) sold/pending in <1.0 mile radius last three months-  Redfin  view traffic/favorites, Zillow view traffic levels are at or more than that of above sold homes-  Price reduced once and still no showing(below or in the middle of redfin/zillow robot estimates)-  Professionally staged and landscaped-  Listing agent is a friend, but at beginner level from a very small local broker.Without showing, I can not get any feedback on what might be wrong.  

Having lived in a socialist country for half my life (20 yrs) and having gone thru the painful immigration process here for another 7 long years (with both my father and grandfather being US citizens, grandfather also being WWI veteran) it never ceases to amaze me how far off base most people are (I'm really trying to avoid the term CLUELESS here) when they talk with immesurable self confidence about how this country is heading for socialism (or reached that point already) on one hand, and how simple, easy, straight forward and ultimately FAIR the whole immigration process is (and also how you can qualify for all type of benefits like Education Aid while fighting the monsterous bureaucratic immigration process).

I did call one monster mega bank who said they only do 60k plus loans but I wouldn't give up there.

Being San Francisco, that development is hotly contested as gentrification (dubbed “monster in the mission” in the press), which will oppress the poor people who use (and 💩) in that plaza.

Come on guys, as investors we're inherently egotistical proud monsters... you know a cow with black and white dollar signs all over it with the words "cash cow" land lord, investing like a BOSS, or "I got 99 house problems but they all make money" with the same BP logo on the front or back would sell a ton more BP T-shirts and would be a lot more attention grabbing. 

It's not a robot, just because he has good income or good credit doesn't mean the lease will go perfectly.

Not technology, unless it's an armed robot :)

Robotics and AI is the next wave of the tech boom happening and CMU is one of the centers.  

Many turnkeys or should we say house renovators who specialize in not renovating a house to sell to a homeowner but specialize in renovating houses to sell to investors those companies are not great at marketing .. so they need outside agents who are very good at marketing and its all they do. real wealth  hartman  maverick and the others you mentioned these folks saw the need and created monster marketing machines.
