It’s close to cafes cove and the river where they go tubing which is good.

They are going to remove shingles on valleys and low slope of roof, install weather shield stuff, and re-shingle.

Love that you're looking at Maggie Valley - my family has had a vacation home there for nearly 20 years (and we've been vacationing there for nearly 30), it's one of my favorite places.

For instance in Little Rock AR, a market that I am active in, I like the areas that are just west of downtown because there is a river to the North and a freeway to the south and not much infill land available.

I am thinking of purchasing a 3plex for $300k (market value $380k) in the Central Valley in California. 2 units are 3 bd/2ba and 1 unit is a 2bd/2ba.
