A DSCR loan is more based on the asset's revenue potential, not your personal qualification, so if a vacation rental/Airbnb property can make money, you might qualify.But even if you could get a DSCR loan, I'd question whether you should get a DSCR loan. 

Now for the home I have been renting this home for 4 months now and  revenue wise it is bringing in 3k a month in the slowest months of the year.

I'm an apiarist as well and have been for a few years and I'd like to grow that into a little revenue stream as well.
