Until I became active in the forums about a year ago, I had no idea this fear and obsession existed. 

You might still have to file a final Form 1065 for the multimember LLC if it was active earlier in the year.

To clarify I will not participate in negotiations or other activities needing a license. 

Anyone who has actually been active in this space will know that borrower behavior can be predictable and irrational, and they might have a fundamentally different mode of operating their life than you do.

I fund a few folks that buy them though ( I am the Money) and a few states activity is back up.   

All I need is a handful of solid active borrowers to keep my money active. 

Or in one case, we purchased a commercial property with an active chop shop situation.

So many don't even make the jump and Im glad you are actively moving forward in your journey!

It's a relatively small group - we try to keep active participants to around 25 during the calls so that people can speak up, engage and participate.
