He may have just thought you were in the exploratory phase of your search and thus not prioritizing getting back to you promptly.

He gave me a list of 3 which I promptly reached out to.I recommend looking on BiggerPockets and connecting with people in your area and reaching out.I'm a beginner as well and I'm talking to and trying to meet everyone I can to absorb as much knowledge and wisdom as possible.

The reply email was that they'd promptly issue my full refund.
