Are you referring to the present, or purchases several years ago?

@Aaron Gallington- you will likely be limited to one HELOC on your home.....you  might try to ask present heloc lender if they can  increase it  or provide a larger HELOC  with a  higher CLTV Limit- good luck

@Samantha Elliott- get a heloc in place on the present home before you move from it ....buy new property and put minimum down  ( or a little down payment )

Just make sure you can survive if the expected rate on the 2nd is 200-300 bps higher than at present when the time comes. 

Hopefully it will not present major problems but it is what it is.
