I have been looking for a long time and everything seems to be paused still.

But regardless I’m pausing for now to study more then get back when I’m ready

It is an intriguing strategy but one aspect seems to give me pause.

Just as investors seem to be wading back into the real estate market, the headlines could give many reason for pause. 

I currently have put a pause on any new acquisitions as I have other business and personal goals this year.

Armed robbery is quite a concern, and the idea that a tenant would be dealing out of your property is certainly a cause for a pause. 

I'm closing soon on my third condo in the greater Hartford area and am looking forward to adding to my portfolio but I'm wondering at what point I should pause on condo acquisition and not stack so many properties with the variable of all variables (HOA) on top of one another.

I took a pause on the entire process but looking into it again. 

Definitely gives me reason for pause.

One key factor a lot of us look for in investing is population migration and considering Anchorage and Alaska overall is losing population, that should at least make you pause and analyze properties more carefully.
