Typically that means the tenants or owners will get architecture design drawings, send them to us and then we price it out, consult with clients, order materials and oversee the entire construction of the space.

I come from a landscape architecture background and in the past developed my own plans for my building permits however Philadephia has now required projects over 25k to have either an architect stamp or a PE stamp.

Not to mention the better architecture.
