I'm originally from San Francisco and started off in 2021 doing the same thing but in Ohio. 

Bidens are a great example as they are about as high profile as it comes, and as of yet nobody has been able to untangle the weave of exactly how all there entities work, what $ comes from where, and that's with arguably hundreds of thousands of people-hours into trying to untangle it to clearly point to where the $ is originating and who it's going to.

But I did the install myself, not everyone wants to or can, do this.But in answer to your original question.....it is a solid NO.

Periodic 1031 exchanges when appreciation stalls out, or performance goes down, or trapped equity is costing you return are all great strategic moves.

That market from what I can see on the few trips I made to perform due diligence is really robust and such a pretty area I can see the attraction for those working in Tech or govmit in DC.
