Make me laugh...For me, if the correction is mild, I would buy in the Bay Area... if the correction is severe, I would buy MFG in Phoenix!!!!!!!!

As far as the humidity goes, it is mild here compared to Houston, but I don't really feel it or I have gotten use to it.
