Thankful for bigger pockets and real estate rookie I’ve been listening on YouTube for months and learning so much.

No need for any overpriced education, just read books on real estate investing during your down time (I would recommend the "ABCs or Real Estate Investing" by Ken Mcelroy if you are brand new) and listen to the BP podcast when you're commuting, cleaning, cooking, etc.

I’d like to listen to the episode again but I can’t seem to find it! 

I listen to a variety of podcasts and read the forums.

If you prefer to listen to the lessons in one file, a single audio file with all of the lessons is included.

I have spent a lot of time listening to podcast and reading and now it is time to take action.

The jobs I have held have been kind of “babysitting” jobs where I’ve usually only had about an hour or so of real work during my shift which has allowed me to read all sorts of business and real estate books, listen to real estate podcasts, search for deals on the MLS and elsewhere all during the course of my work shift.

So I was listening to a Seeing Greene podcast today (OK, I'm a few behind) and there was a discussion of title theft, then liens were mentioned later...
