I began reading books about business, leadership, and investing and decided real estate was a field I wanted to get into.

Hopefully this won't get swept under the rug, and leadership will focus on addressing important issues like this to make the city better. 

I like what Eisenhower said: "Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.

Does the local economic department have strong leadership and planning in place to grow the community??

I think other markets make sense IF you have the right expertise leadership.

Do you have the skills and leadership required to run & manage the project to completion in a timely fashion.

But, there's been some big change over and all new leadership is in place.

Thanks for the help...like I said, newbie here so excuse me if I don't have the correct terminology but here is a breakdown:$690 monthly mortgage payment$500 monthly escrow payment (taxes and insurance)Homeowners insurance is $974 annually and tax rate is 2.34% (the lowest around us) and I paid $4400 in taxes after Homestead Exemption last year.Not an upscale suburb, but quality homes and we benefit from being the "lowest on the totem pole" around us.
