Stessa seems to be really well integrated with Appfolio as you said.

I know I could go drive around and write addresses down, but I will only have 2 days a week/ 3 hours at a time to do this, with my busy life style  I think batch will probably be best because it already has everything integrated into their system.3rd. when using services what works best?

It integrates to AirBNB and VRBO, so cleanings for new stays are sent to the cleaner, so they can have a digital dynamic schedule, with check in, check out time, ability to report issues with pictures etc.

We have ways of integrating solutions outside of our partner network.

@Alex Keedy I was in a very similar position as you appear to be at age 40 (albeit on the other end of the Bay and practicing law rather than medicine).  

(I'm interested in the NJ market along the PATH line)Eventually, this will be integrated into a corp or llc, along with a real estate management firm.

However, it doesn't integrate real estate with all your other personal finances and retirement investments for long term planning (or does it?).  

Quicken used to do some of this (I think) but it didn't integrate with QB.
