Construction financing is very different than financing a stabilized property which  generally comes down to rate, leverage and pre-payment penalties.

It's the same for younger people as well, you don't get as much respect, this one lady treated me like I wasn't even ganna get pre approved for a triplex, looked at me all weird,  and 2 weeks later I bought the house! 

The pre-foreclosure status is to be cured before the end of escrow, whenever it happens.

There are Lease requirements, Insurance requirements, etc. that you need to incorporate to protect yourself.

Get your loan pre-approved to make buying smoother.
