If so, I would appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences regarding the local market, investment opportunities, and overall outlook for the area

Talk them into leaving voluntarily  (i.e. community pressure to leave, explaining what an eviction case will do to their ability to find future housing)

But for the best local advice, make local connections in the market with Host groups and Rental Associations.

Instead though, I don't want to sell it but use the refinance money to buy more, I've been thinking about buying back taxed houses in the area.
