I host a meetup in Santa Barbara going on 3 years that many Ventura folks attend (mysef included as I live in VTA currently) and I attend many of the other meetups (three in Ventura, alone).

But I don't know how much pain those hosts are going through.

I host a monthly real estate event in Jersey City to get people together and find ways to work together. 

I occasionally enjoy co-hosting (splitting costs) for client events with a lending partner but that is pretty rare as most lenders just want to hold "first time home buyer" classes/events or co-brand online ads for home buyers.  

I've done a host of investing myself over my 20 year commercial brokerage career.

She hosts a series titled “ Women A Seat at The Table" which explores women's relationships in business as well as personal finances.

I go to many meetups in Los Angeles, we also host meetups.

Your background in Airbnb hosting paired with your enthusiasm for out-of-state real estate investing is truly impressive.

Lucky my family was ok but if i remember correctly the man who hosted the party had to pay that jerk thousands of dollars, so much my father said he had to go get a loan after or he would not have been able to pay his employees. 

I would love to see what most STR hosts purchase for insurance in comparison and what the expected premiums are.
