Keypad locks with changeable access codes, cameras over the doors outside side, hooked to a dvr with internet access protects everybody involved.

I saw another in Allston list at $2.3M and in JP at $1.8M.The rents you would have to get in these places would probably be enough to pay for a mortgage on a 4,000 sq ft home on the south shore - and you could probably get an ocean view too.The only thing that would make me invest in Boston at this point would be a GAMBLE (horrible idea) on Amazon HQ2 locating here.

I don't see much about them on the Internet.  

Since I found the BP website about 4 years ago I have dedicated myself and I have all the time I need and spend all I can on the internet and I read a book about every two or three weeks.

If you are having trouble getting a loan now, I would definitely not recommend getting in to a situation where you owe a hard money lender a balloon in eight months, that sounds like a HUGE gamble.

Biggest concern with any of the spreadsheets you download off the internet: nobody shows you monthly returns.

That said require documentation and a form of your choosing completed to decrease internet documentation only.

For me, constantly watching and moving investments is gambling...

These days, CPAs don't need to be local, as pretty much everything can be done over the internet.
