Come hang out with my 2 year old daughter when I'm guilty of giving her treats and sugar in excessive frequency and we will both be reminded of why it's better to just be healthy :) 

Finding reasonable ways to overcome your own laziness and excuses and then executing with frequency against the things you need to do.For example in my fitness instance, in the winter I use the excuse of "I hate treadmills" and "it's too cold I'm not running" so I bough a rogue echo bike and literally put it at the foot of my bed.

Call around to some lawn-care places & see what package deals they offer - that may shed some light on the usual mowing frequency for your area. 

So although a household with a single employed person with no dependents won't qualify for many subsidies @ the median wage of ~$50k, a single parent with 4 dependents definitely will.2) Under-reported incomes: I guess i don't have comprehensive context on this, but it feels like to me that there are a much higher frequency of households that do not report a significant portion of their income (illegally) compared to other parts of the US. 

I guess the volume and frequency of the "you must live an exceptionally modest lifestyle" message has surprised me and I'm curious if you have tips for how to accomplish the spirit of what they're saying without drifting into self-deprivation. 

If I'm accomplishing everything on my tasks then perhaps the frequency needs adjusted. 

I know it will slow down my frequency of buying properties but it give me a better return.    

Sure they do, but there are neighborhoods where the statistical frequency is much higher than others etc.....

That makes a lot of sense dude to the frequency of guests and the level of attention they may need.

The frequency of lawsuits is very location dependent.
