You should walk in and tell the agent that you want to see the house as a comp, unless you're trying to get into a gated community or qualified buyers only showing, they will let you take a look.If you explain that you're an investor and trying to get a feel for the market, no harm no foul!

The people that take the time to get licensed and play by the rules are going to cry foul and they are going to win.Like Brian said, there will still be ways to wholesale, but they will absolutely be coming after the people that are essentially brokering without a license very soon, might as well do it right from this point, its coming soon IMO.Also, I call BS on the $3k non refundable for that kinda termite damage.
